A brief description of indicators available in the basic model of the analyzer. Temperature, îÑ – temperature in Celcius degrees. Alcohol, % – mass content of ethyl alcohol in a product.
Extract, % – mass content of general extract in a product.
Extract sugar, % – mass content of general extract in a product. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for beer). Recommended for use while adding sugar during beer brewing or into a finished product. Density – density of the product being measured. Density in grams per cubic centimeter (grams per milliliter). Density Alcohol – density of alcohol water mixture with the measured concentration of alcohol. Density Extract – density of aqueous solution with the measured concentration of general extract. Relative density – relative density of the product being measured.
Alcohol, vol. % – volume content of ethyl alcohol in a product. Extract, g/kg –content of general extract in a product in grams per kilogram. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine). Extract, g/l – content of general extract in a product in grams per liter. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine). Sugar, % – mass content of sugar in a product. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine). Sugar, g/l – content of sugar in a product in grams per liter. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine). ECOW – extract content of original wort (The indicator is in the factory calibration for beer). Actual fermentation rate, % – the indicator is in the factory calibration for beer. Visible fermentation rate, % – the indicator is in the factory calibration for beer. Visible extract – in the accepted units (The indicator is in the factory calibration for beer). Output signal, alcohol – for attested mixtures (The indicator is in the factory calibration for instrument verification).
Number of kilocalories – in 100 grams of a product. Output signal, imitator – for imitators of attested mixtures (The indicator is in the factory calibration (“Maintenance”) for the instrument verification). Extract wine – mass content of general extract in wine. (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine). This indicator is recommended for use instead of the “Extract, %” indicator for all the “wine” calibrations carried out at the manufacturing plant. Titratable acids , g/l – in grams per liter (The indicator is in the factory calibration for wine, if Mode 2 is activated).
